Welcome to Villa Romeral. The exclusive Mediterranean-style Villa Romeral is located in Las Rotas area, 3 miles away from Dénia and 6 miles from Xàbia, in a very quiet and secluded location next to the Montgó natural park. You could not have a better neighbour than a natural park!
The villa offers breathtaking sea views and a beautiful saltwater swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean. The rocky beach and the Cap de Sant Antoni sea reserve are located on the lower part of the mountain one mile away from the villa.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms (accommodating 6 guests), a living room, a dining room, an open kitchen (equipped with microwave and dishwasher) and two full bathrooms. There are also ample terraces with lots of eating, resting and chill-out areas and a charming, colourful and aromatic Mediterranean garden, with views over the sea and the natural park. There is cold/hot air conditioning in bedrooms and a fireplace in the living room. In the unlikely case you decide to reconnect back to the real world, there is wifi and TV.
